Value Stream Mapping
An Introduction to Value Stream Mapping, For Maximum Awesome.
Value Stream Mapping (VSM) is a tool that should be in every team’s toolbox. It was pioneered by Henry Ford, refined by Toyota, and mastered by Joe Justice.
A value stream map allows your team to visually highlight areas of efficiency and inefficiency. It takes some time to do right, but once the value stream is mapped your team can quickly prioritize the most valuable improvements to customer visible value, while reducing cost and complexity. Joe will show examples for products and services creation, and small and tiered/distributed value creation examples.
Join Scrum Inc.'s Joe Justice and Alex Brown on Wednesday, February 26th, at 11am ET for an introduction to the basics of VSM. In an hour they'll show you how to get started mapping and what to do when you’re done.
Registrants will receive an email a week before the course with a personalized link to access the webinar. Following the course, you will have access to the slides and archived version of the presentation.
All of Scrum Inc.'s online courses can earn you both Project Management Institute PDUs and Scrum Alliance SEUs.
