$1,800.00

This course will feature Joe Justice, founder of Wikispeed, and provide a special focus on using Scrum outside of software to build cars, consumer products, or medical devices.

The rules of Scrum are easy and readily available. Implementing them is hard. Learn the essentials of working as a Scrum Master in this interactive, certified, two-day course. Taught by Jeff Sutherland, Co-Creator of Scrum, our CSM features the historical context around how Scrum was developed, the latest data and research, and real-life examples of success and failure.

Our CSM students come from a range of disciplines and with a wide breadth of experience, from those new to Scrum, to those looking to improve their practice. At the class, you will learn how to be an effective Scrum Master, improve teamwork and productivity, launch new products faster than previously thought possible, and demand and receive excellence to deliver products faster with higher quality. This class is highly interactive and includes a combination of theory and hands-on exercises.

At the end of this course you will know how to build a backlog, plan a release, run Scrum meetings, estimate effort, and track and report progress.

On completion, students will be Certified Scrum Masters and receive a one-year membership in the Scrum Alliance. You can apply for 14 PMP PDUs with the Project Management Institute, satisfying 14 of the required 21 training hours for the new PMI-ACP (PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner).

Register before June 25 and get the early bird rate of USD 1,500, a discount of USD 300 off the regular price. Use Coupon Code: EBJUL13.
